International Tracked – 5-7 working days delivery aim with full tracking.
Please note that if you do not order with tracking, we'll be unable to locate where your order is after dispatch and will not receive confirmation when it has been delivered. It’s rare an order can get lost during transit, but if an untracked order does go missing unfortunately we are unable to issue a refund but can send a replacement (depending on stock).
International orders can occasionally be delayed up to 4 weeks. We understand this is very inconvinient when this happens, but sadly it is out of our control so do allow time for delays if you’re outside of the UK.
Please ensure your shipping address, email address and phone number are all correct. You'll receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been sent out. If you have inputted your shipping address incorrectly, you must email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org, before your order is dispatched so we can edit it. We cannot refund an order if it’s been lost due to an incorrect address but hopefully it will get sent back to us as our returns address is on all parcels. If this happens then we will contact you and ask if you’d like us to re-attempt delivery.
Multiple products or particularly heavy items (e.g. magazines) will increase the postage cost. If the postage is out of your budget but you’d still like to purchase something, we recommend our prints or totes and as these are lightweight items and are the cheapest to ship!
REFUNDS & RETURNS
We are unable to accept returns on items unless they are faulty or damaged. If your item arrives damaged and images are provided we are able to issue an immediate refund.
If you have any further questions about your order, shipping, general queries or you’re worried your order may have been lost, the best place to reach us is the contact form on our site. We will get back to you as quickly as possible. Alternatively, you can email us at email@example.com If it is about a specific order, remember to include your order number in your message. Please refrain from messaging us on social media platforms about orders.
UK ORDERS / SHIPPING

All our parcels are sent with a sender/returns address on the back so in this circumstance, it may get returned to us and we can ship it out to the correct address. If not then we are happy to send a replacement, depending on stock.
